İt was very nice hotel,they helped as a lot,there was a housekeeping named abanob dawd.he helped as a lot.he smiles everytime and when we want something,he brought at the moment.also his english was pretty good.ı hope you come a good position in the hotel.there are too many things to say about hotel.Evrything was nice.Pool,beach ,workers was great.

Totally worth it. You can’t go wrong.

The beach! I booked it because of it and it didn’t disappoint. I overlooked everything that I didn’t quite like because of the beach and the views. The breakfast is complete and delicious, from omelette to salad, they had everything. Food in general was great. The infrastructure of the place is awesome, pools, garden, etc. We really enjoyed our vacations there.

The furniture was a little outdated and the shower had mold stains.

The place for a relaxing stay is pleasant, what we expected was fulfilled.

the disappointment was that the hotel listed on booking.com all-inclusive including local alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, coffee. unfortunately, the reality was only a soft drink - non-alcoholic. it's a shame, the hotel publishes misleading information !!!!!.

Price is cheap. Pool is nice . Close to the see ( no sand). Reception at checkout did pay me back due to mistake . Turned out my vacation was cheaper than I thought :)

Hotel is huge . My room was very far from both pool and reception . Calling/ waiting for shuttle (taftaf) you have chance of 20% catching/having them coming . I wanted to buy coffe to the taxi driver the security refused to let him in to reception . That was very annoying .

Spacious room with soft bath towels, warm shower water, functional A/C, and strong WiFi throughout the property.

Unorganized chaotic check-in process. Check-in priority was given to Russian and Arabic speaking guest. I was politely told to step aside and wait as they were taken ahead of me. The bedsheets felt like old rags and cleaning is superficial with stains, dust, and dirt in room. Requested a ground floor room twice and was given a second floor room instead.

front desk staff cant speak english so its hard for them to understand. Hotel is more like a 3 star. hardly any music played during the day by the pool side. food is same throughout and not greatest

Altogether worth it. Perfect climate for the winter. Clean, large spaces. Chillout all day :)

Very large area. Peaceful, clean, chilling. Nice seaside. Good breakfast.

Few minor things only: Some of the accesses into the sea was not open at all. Few animator girls were so bored of their job that it did not energized anyone, but quite rather the opposite. When you try to relax or read under the sun you are frequently disturbed by agents who try to sell different services. Some of the eastern tourists behave strangely.

The staff were really good.They were always cheerful and helpful.Special thanks to Eslam Mohammed(the housekeeper),Amged(bartender at the lobby),Amir and Gerges(restaurant management attendants), Arfaat Basry(pool bar attendant) as they made our holiday special.The food was delicious and the rooms were clean.The sea is perfect and good for snorkeling.There were enough sunbeds for everyone.

1.They serve alcoholic drinks between 1 p.m and 11 p.m.They start it too late and end it too early.It's ridicilous.We haven't seen such hours in any hotels before.We stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago and they served alcoholic beverages between 10 a.m and 12 a.m. 2.They serve wine only during lunch and dinner times.It's also nonsense. 3. Air conditioner in the room was too old and loud. 4.There is nothing much to do for young people but to watch the animation shows. 5. We arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m because of the time of our flight.We said that we could pay for the early check-in but they said we needed to wait until 5 a.m since the early check in started at 5.am or we could be full charged even if there were lots of available rooms.So, we had to wait till 5 a.m. 6.They don't have any shuttles to anywhere in the city.When we stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago,they had shuttles to Naama Bay and Soho Square for 1-2 dollars. 7.The food was good but there wasn't much variety.

Great stay / friendly staff and felt completely safe - will use again

all meals were great / edible and good. Service at meal times were excellent. Clean and friendly. wide choice of foods to suit us (I have a fussy 12 year old boy)

The room cleanliness or bedding could be cleaner without marks on them but it was fine as we were only at the room to sleep / change and set off to the beach
