Dreams Beach Resort ★★★★★

Very large area. Peaceful, clean, chilling. Nice seaside. Good breakfast.

Few minor things only: Some of the accesses into the sea was not open at all. Few animator girls were so bored of their job that it did not energized anyone, but quite rather the opposite. When you try to relax or read under the sun you are frequently disturbed by agents who try to sell different services. Some of the eastern tourists behave strangely.

The staff were really good.They were always cheerful and helpful.Special thanks to Eslam Mohammed(the housekeeper),Amged(bartender at the lobby),Amir and Gerges(restaurant management attendants), Arfaat Basry(pool bar attendant) as they made our holiday special.The food was delicious and the rooms were clean.The sea is perfect and good for snorkeling.There were enough sunbeds for everyone.

1.They serve alcoholic drinks between 1 p.m and 11 p.m.They start it too late and end it too early.It's ridicilous.We haven't seen such hours in any hotels before.We stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago and they served alcoholic beverages between 10 a.m and 12 a.m. 2.They serve wine only during lunch and dinner times.It's also nonsense. 3. Air conditioner in the room was too old and loud. 4.There is nothing much to do for young people but to watch the animation shows. 5. We arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m because of the time of our flight.We said that we could pay for the early check-in but they said we needed to wait until 5 a.m since the early check in started at 5.am or we could be full charged even if there were lots of available rooms.So, we had to wait till 5 a.m. 6.They don't have any shuttles to anywhere in the city.When we stayed at another hotel in Sharm El Sheikh two months ago,they had shuttles to Naama Bay and Soho Square for 1-2 dollars. 7.The food was good but there wasn't much variety.

The place was clean and spacious. The room had a great view and was a great location.

The food was average, and the staff could have had better service.

front desk staff cant speak english so its hard for them to understand. Hotel is more like a 3 star. hardly any music played during the day by the pool side. food is same throughout and not greatest

Pool activities was amazing. Animation team was so helpful and welcoming Bedouin tent was very good and service also In the restaurant stuff was very helpful

housekeeping inspite of being notified at first day to improve their work, it is not easy mission treating with these people there

Reception staff is totally incompetent in terms of providing information and in terms of proper treatment with guests they were not familiar with booking.com reservation it dosen't deserve even 3 stars really if you want to take risk try all inclusive is a big lie group of very bad quality drinks and sandwichs for very limited time the food in launch and dinner ??is controlled not open buffet and you are obliged to go at least 4 time to have an average person meal or having all your family with you during getting the food swimming pool staff treat some of clients in very bad and by indecent way when they complain from technical problems it was most awful and very unpleasant experience i had i does not recommend it and i hope that booking.com remove it from the list

the tennis court is under maintenance for more than 1 month (???) the kids club was closed all the trip time (I was disappointed)

We arrived after midnight new year's day and were still expected to pay for new year's eve supplement for a party we never attended as it ended on 31st Dec 2017 at midnight. The reception staff was busy arguing with a guest and even though he tried to attend to us, was not focussed. He did try to get us a manager but it took long and even after explaining to the manager that we had arrived after the event, the manager was having none of it, stating that those were the hotel rules. We opted to pay for one night but were told the only way to do that was to cancel the whole booking and rebook via booking.com and that we would have to check in at midday on 1st January 2018. How cruel, insensitive and very uncouth of them. Our flight had been cancelled and pushed to 11pm, circumstances beyond our control, and we had been travelling from 1pm that day with a 5-hour wait at Cairo airport. We were so tired, new to the country and just wanted to go to bed. Only for them to insist that we have to either pay for the 6-night stay to access the room or come back at midday after we cancel the booking, then re-book. One of the staff even had the nerve to say that 1-night stay was USD150 yet the cost of the whole 6-night stay was USD395. We checked this online and the rates were starting from USD39 per room. Since we really did not have much of a choice and it was late (01.00am) and we were new to the country we felt we were being held hostage, we paid. We could not access the room as the key card was not working and we had to go back to reception to get another key card as the luggage attendant could not be bothered, yet he was heading that way to bring our luggage up. The room and all facilities totally run down, food unpalatable and generally the place was totally filthy. We requested for our room to be cleaned and we found it the way we left it the one night we were away.

Room tiles are slippery; can put a larger carpet to compensate. Property is large so internal shuttle would help.
